The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets as often as is required for company business, as convened by the Chair of the Board of Directors, and at the registered office or any other location indicated in the convocation.
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Jean Réveillon
Since 1967, Jean Réveillon has been responsible for activities within the audiovisual and press sectors. He started out his career at the Voix du Nord where he held several posts and duties in the sports divisions, before becoming Development Director of the daily publication in 1984, and subsequently director of France 3 Nord Pas-de-Calais Picardy until 1992. His competence in the public audiovisual sector and sporting press opened up posts as Director of Sports at France 2 and France 3, before then going on to become Deputy General Director and then Director of the France 3 channel.
In 2004, he upheld the role of Secretary General of the European Union of Radio and Television, before then going on to become Director General in 2007.
On the basis of his international experience within the public audiovisual sector, Jean Réveillon is currently special advisor to the chair and director of international relations at France Télévisions. He has held the post as Chair of the Board of Directors at CFI since December 2010.
