FESPACO – Burkina Faso
The Pan-African Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou (FESPACO) is the best-known African film festival among professionals in this sector.
For over ten years, CFI has been working to promote African film, and occupies an important place for the promotion of this cultural event via its TV partner network at each edition.
In 2009, CFI organised a training course on the production of cultural reporting for a FESPACO daily newspaper.
In 2011, CFI provided support for the organisation of the first African TV Day (JTA), produced by seven commercial TV channels in Africa

In 2010, CFI conducted three assignments to support the production of documentary films in partnership with Greenhouse.
For 2011, CFI is cooperating with this NGO on a support and development project for documentaries presented by producers from the Mediterranean region.

Société de Promotion Audiovisuelle Théâtrale (SOPAT)
CFI has been working with SOPAT since 2005.
In 2011, CFI partnered SOPAT to organise a training course on capturing live performances in Bamako. Directors from Malian TV channel, the BlonBa centre, and local production companies participated in this workshop. Three programmes were captured and broadcast on the CFI network.
